My initial training was from the University of Kent, where I was trained in the Psychodynamic school of thought and a Level 4 Diploma in Integrated Counselling Theory and Practice.
I have completed my training as an EMDR Therapist a number of years ago and am now a, Accredited Member of the EMDR Association UK & Ireland
